One of the many benefits we offer to our members is the opportunity to play in team events in a Ryder Cup format. Our team events started locally playing against other tours in Southern California. In 2007, our team's participation expanded at International and National Level.

| CKG Tour initiated this team event, Pacific Soutwest Cup, and hosted its inaugural season during Labor Day weekend in 2007 at Green River Golf Course in Corona, California. It was our goal that the Southwest Region will keep this team event going and that other teams will take turns in hosting this event to give junior golfers the experience of playing teame events at different regions, at different courses and getting used to different situations. This goal has come to past as Team Texas will host the 2008 Pacific Southwest Cup at beautiful Scottish Links The Tribute Golf on August 30-September 1, 2008.
